www.inter-bike co.uk hosts the inter-bike Shop for SGMotorsport who offer a wide range of motorcycle products and motorcycle accessories for you to choose from for you and your motorbike. Note all orders placed via the inter-bike shop are purchases direct from SG Motorsport and your contract for purchase is with SG Motorsport.

Shopping via the inter-bike Shop is fast, safe and secure. Once you have chosen the item(s) you wish to purchase. Just carry out these simple steps:-
1. Make sure you have chosen the correct size and colour if appropriate. When ordering Boots, Clothing, Gloves and Helmets please use our on-line Size Charts to make sure your order the correct size.
2. Click the "Add Item" button and this will place the item in your Shopping Cart, continue with your shopping until you have added all the items you require in your Shopping Cart.
3. Once your shopping is complete click the "Checkout" button.
4. You will then be asked to provide the delivery details, that is the name and address to which you would like the order to be delivered too. When these are complete click the Proceed button.
5. Next your Total order will be displayed, together with your shipping charges and VAT if applicable. Click the Proceed button again so that you may provide your billing details.
6. You will then be asked to complete your billing details excluding your confidential credit card details. Please note you must provide the name and address for the credit card (i.e. the name and address registered with the credit card company) you intend to pay for the goods with. Failure to provide the full correct name and address will result in your payment failing credit card processing. When these details are complete click the Proceed to Credit Card Payment.
7. You will now be taken to the BARCLAYCARD BUSINESS ePDQ secure on-line credit card server where your credit card details will be taken and the payment process completed. After you have provided the necessary details click the finish button, you will be returned to our site, were you can return to the inter-bike Shop or the www.inter-bike.co.uk main website. Please note neither SG Motorsport and/or www.inter-bike.co.uk will have access to your full credit card number, these details are held only by BARCLAYCARD BUSINESS.
8. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation of order, electronic payment receipt. A full paper invoice will be dispatched with your order.
9. Note goods will only be dispatched if electronic payment is successful. SG Motorsport do not/will not automatically dispatch goods for orders that fail electronic payment. Where your order fails payment please phone the number provided on the e-mail you will receive, so that SG Motorsport may attempt to resolve the payment failure with you.
The inter-bike
Shop electronic catalogue includes individual product images, these images whilst accurate representations of the products may vary slightly in colour to the actual product. This is due to the digital reproduction of said images.
Also note that in certain cases images are used for
representative display purposes only and actually items may vary slightly. In the case of items that vary by motorcycle (eg. Wind Shields) the image used gives an approximation only.

In the unlikely event there is a lengthy delay in dispatching your order, SG Motorsport will contact you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date.
The following delivery charges apply to each order, irrespective of the number of items you order.

All orders will normally require a signature upon delivery to your specified
delivery address. Please note these delivery charges are for one delivery only.
Should no one be available at the time of delivery to the specified delivery
address to sign for the goods, necessitating a redelivery, this will be
chargeable at the above stated standard delivery charges.
All orders delivered outside the UK - On the very rare occasion should your order exceed by some margin, the cost of shipping we have charged we reserve the right to email you and ask for a further contribution towards the shipping cost.
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel the contract to purchase an item within seven working days of its delivery. This applies to all our products with the exception of contracts for the purchase of video's, DVD's, audio and video games and other software products where the item has been unsealed.
Further please note that SG Motorsport is unable to accept the return of motorcycle crash helmets once dispatched, unless the helmet is different (in error) to that which you ordered or is damaged in transit to you, or is found to be faulty upon unpacking. Please note this is on safety grounds as we obviously cannot resell a helmet that has already been dispatched to a customer.
To cancel the purchase contract (as per the conditions above) you will need to contact SG Motorsport, please phone on +44 (0) 23 9278 9823 between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm GMT Monday to Friday (calls are charged at standard rate). If a return is agreed with SG Motorsport, please carefully package the relevant item securely and return it to SG Motorsport with a covering note so that SG Motorsport receive it within seven working days from the day after that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s). Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to SG Motorsport unless SG Motorsport delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty, in such circumstances if SG Motorsport do not receive the item(s) back from you with a covering note, SG Motorsport may arrange for collection of the item(s) from your delivery address at your cost.
You should be aware that once SG Motorsport have begun the delivery process your right to "Contract Cancellation" does not include SG Motorsport's charges to you for postage and packaging. Once SG Motorsport have received the item(s) back from you (providing they are in the condition as dispatched to you) SG Motorsport will provide a refund to you for that item.

The prices displayed for goods in the inter-bike Shop are with and without UK taxes (VAT @17.5%). At present helmets, books and children's motorcycle clothes are not subject to VAT. If SG Motorsport are delivering your order outside of the UK you are liable to any tax charges and/or import duties that your government may issue on the goods. If SG Motorsport are delivering your order within the EU Fiscal VAT Territory, Value Added Tax (VAT) @17.5% will apply if applicable . VAT will not be charged on shipping and goods where they are delivered outside the EU Fiscal VAT Territory. VAT will be appropriately deducted from the prices shown when you complete your order and proceed to payment through our on-line Check-Out.

Every product purchased from SG Motorsport is guaranteed for 12 months, if your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to SG Motorsport and SG Motorsport will arrange to repair or replace it.
