This Kawasaki ZX9R 2000-2001 Ivans Jet Kit is also the result of more than 6 months of combined testing. It is designed for use with a 4-1 (not 4-2-1) exhaust system, which means that it is primarily designed around the Akrapovic full exhaust OR any Bolt-on or Slip-on muffler with the stock headpipe, including the stock muffler.

NOTE:
The stock headpipe is an amazing piece and with a slip-on, will out produce most full exhaust pipes with this kit installed.

This Kawasaki ZX9R 2000-2001 Ivans Jet Kit will eliminate all of the closed to part throttle problems associated with this bike. In addition it will dramatically reduce vibration and will produce better midrange and top end power than any other kit available. This bike will accept full throttle cleanly from 2500 rpm

A +4 degree ignition advancer is recommended and will sharpen throttle response throughout the rpm range with no penalty to top end power. However, it will make the idle slightly unstable.
