Bennetts hosts the ultimate track day with James ToselandFancy getting your bike out on track this season? Want to tackle Cadwell Park’s infamous 'Mountain' section alongside World Superbike rider James Toseland and reigning British Supersport Champion Steve Plater? To celebrate it’s 80th birthday, Bennetts, the UK’s number one for bike insurance*, has launched its latest ‘Exclusives’ promotion, a chance for 80 competition winners** to attend a track day at popular British Superbike circuit Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire on 16th September 2010 with the first 20 Bennetts policy holders chosen from all entries to be upgraded to enjoy a host of extra perks and privileges at the Lincolnshire track. Registration is quick, easy and open until 30th August. The Track Day forms part of this year’s Bennetts Exclusives programme, which offers range of biking and lifestyle benefits to customers. Speaking at the launch of the track day, two-time World Superbike Champion James Toseland said “I’m really looking forward to meeting the 80 winners and riding Cadwell Park again. Last year’s event attracted bikers from across the country and it provides a great opportunity for them to emulate their favourite riders out on track and learn some valuable skills. Each prize consists of one ticket to attend a Track Day at Cadwell Park on Thursday 16th September 2010 (“Event”). In addition the first 20 winners selected who also hold a current Bennetts policy will receive a free upgrade on their ticket. The upgrade will entitle the holder to VIP treatment on the day including: breakfast with James Toseland. Upgrades are provided entirely at the discretion of the Promoter and are subject to availability. 12. The Event Day is organised and run by Focused Events Limited and participants will be required to agree to any applicable terms and conditions of participation of Focused Events Limited. Copies of such terms and conditions are available on request. 13. By claiming the prize winners acknowledge that the Event is being provided by Focused Events Limited and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage arising out of the winners’ participation in the Event. In order to participate in the Event you must hold a full and unrestricted bike licence (you will be required to present both parts of your licence on the day). You must have full protective clothing including one-piece leathers or Kevlar or a two-piece that zips together, boots, gloves and a helmet. 15. All bikes must be mechanically sound and in suitable condition to be ridden on the circuit and there is a noise limit of 105 decibels. Focused Events Limited will have the final decision as to whether a bike is suitable for use at the event. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity resulting from the promotion and the Event, including the publication of their name, geographic location and photograph. 20.
