Prize Draw Rules

Below are the rules that apply to all the prize draws which are offered www.inter-bike.co.uk web site.
(These rules do not apply to independent third party competitions, prize draws etc., which we may publish on the site, which will be subject to the individual promoters terms and conditions)

In addition to these rules there may be special terms & conditions which are relevant to individual prize draws, this will appear as a link on the relevant prize draw.

• All prize draws are only open to persons aged 18 or over.
• Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted.
• Persons connected with www.inter-bike.co.uk or any prize draw sponsors are ineligible.
• Winners will be selected at random on the date specified in the individual prize draw offering and notified by e-mail or phone as soon as practicable.
• Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before winnings/prizes are dispatched. The name and town and country of the winner will be published on the www.inter-bike.co.uk site following receipt of confirmation of postal address.
• Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of each draw or earlier as appropriate if the prize is time limited (e.g tickets). Unclaimed prizes will be void.
• By submitting information required for each prize draw, each submitting person agrees to the www.inter-bike.co.uk privacy policy setting out how we may use such information. In addition the winner(s) name and town will be published on www.inter-bike.co.uk and the winners name and address will be supplied to the company or organisation providing the prize(s). All entrants email addresses will be provided to the the company or organisation providing the prizes for the purpose of contacting you with marketing e-mails to promote their goods and services. If you do not subsequently want to be on their mailing list and have entered a free prize draw please send an e-mail using your entry e-mail address to unsubcribe@inter-bike.co.uk with the word UNSUBSCRIBE as the text.
• In addition you confirm acceptance that you will be automatically added to our mailing list whereby you are consenting to us sending you our periodic newsletter, special offers, news and updates. If you do not subsequently want to be on our mailing list and have entered a free prize draw please send an e-mail using your entry e-mail address to unsubcribe@inter-bike.co.uk with the word UNSUBSCRIBE as the text.
• Prizes are as stated and no cash equivalent will be offered.
