V2 Sponge Visor Cleaning Pocket Pack Review |

![]() The producers of the V2 Sponge Visor Cleaning Pocket Pack claim this represents 21st century visor cleaning. So what is ‘high tech’ about a V shaped sponge, a reseal-able plastic bag and a lint free cloth? The idea is that you fill the sponge with water (usually freely available), squeeze out half the water and then use the sponge to clean all the road grime and dead insects debris from your visor and then you use the lint free cloth to polish the visor surface dry.You then pop the sponge in the bright orange supplied reseal-able plastic bag, pop it in a pocket in your motorcycle jacket or leathers ready to use again. The only requirement being to make sure you keep the sponge wet and don’t use it if it has dried out. In essence that’s all there is to it! We wetted the sponge as instructed and yes it did remove the dead bugs and muck from our helmet visor. However it does leave water on the visor and when we tested it water also run down the inside of the visor, which meant we had to polish both sides of the visor dry, with the supplied lint free cloth. Perhaps we had too much water on our sponge? However surprisingly the sponge did make removing the squashed insects from the visor very easy. The 21st century bit apparently is that the sponge has micro cell technology to make a super job of cleaning your visor. Of course the good bit is you are using no solvents or other chemicals, just good old fashioned water! The sponge is re-useable many times and of course the water used costs virtually nothing and providing you keep the sponge sealed in its orange bag it's instantly available for the next visor cleaning session A surprisingly simple solution to a tedious motorcycling task. Our V2 Sponge Visor Cleaning Pocket Pack was supplied by the California Superbike School’s online shop at www.v2mal.com with 2 V2 Sponge Visor Cleaning Pocket Packs costing £6.64.
