Watts My Line by David Dixon

Watts My Line

If like me you used to look at the three dimensional line drawings that often illustrated articles on new bikes and cars and marvelled at how an engine or car could be sectioned, you will love this book. Lawrie Watts was the man showed the workings and make-up of cars, bikes boats and planes long before CAD and computers were thought of!

This book on the life of a legend is written by another man of similar stature - David Dixon a talented rider and journalist who rode some of the exotica that Watts drew.

As a result of these two legends also being friends you end up with a book that will entertain and amaze you every time you open its 200 pages that feature some of the drawings with the story behind them. The high quality paper and excellent layout make this a must for the book shelves of anybody interested in how things work and show that the human brain still beats a computer any day!
